Cryptic introduce Star Trek Online's Ferasans

Cyrptic has introduced a new playable species, Ferasans, a felinoid species that originated on the planet Ferasa that are also related to Caitians. Ferasans will be available only as Klingon Defense Force character and will be available for sale in the C-Store from Thursday.

Ferasans - A New playable species in Star Trek Online

If you have ever played Star Trek Online, or a Star Trek fan, you know about Caitians. The new playable species in Star Trek Online are related to them. From the planet of Ferasa, Ferasans look so much like the Caitians and some of them have telepathic abilities.

Ferasans available as male and female.

Ferasan will be available as Klingon Defense Force characters and there will be male and female Ferasans characters available.

From this Thursday, 10AM PDT, Star Trek Online players can visit the C-Store and purchase the new playable species, Ferasans for 480 Cryptic points.

Ferasans will come with a bonus of cosmetic options for any Federation Caitians.

Unlocking this option allows you to create Klingon Empire Ferasan characters with the following characteristics:

Predatory Instincts: 75 percent bonus to Jump Height, 5 percent bonus to Stealth and Perception, 5 percent bonus to Melee Damage, 10 percent bonus to Exploit Damage Two traits of the player's choice
