Diablo 3 breaks pre-order record on Amazon.com

Diablo 3 is big. But it's probably bigger than you think it is. Before it's release next week, it's already broke a record. According to Amazon.com, Diablo 3 pre-orders have exceeded pre-orders for titles like Starcraft II and WoW: Cataclysm.

According to the post on Joystiq, Amazon.com has told them that Diablo 3 has set a new pre-order record in video games, even exceeding legendary titles such as Starcraft II and World of Warcraft: Cataclysm.

Amazon.com's pre-order record definetely shows that millions of players are waiting for the Diablo 3 release date, May 15, 2012. So, if you don't hear from one of your friends next week, consider him playing Diablo 3. We'll still be around.
