Guild Wars 2: Latest Update Adjust Difficulty And Dungeon Rewards

Yesterday's Guild Wars 2 Update is quite a large update. The update introduces significant changes to the Storyline difficulty and Dungeon Rewards as well as bug fixes, professions adjustments and a PvP exploit patch. While the new dungeon reward will stop some of the exploits, it is still not perfect as ArenaNet promises to keep working on this for future updates. When Guild Wars 2 was released, it hadn't taken players to discover some of the exploits regarding dungeon rewards. One exploit allowed players to collect rewards of 20 levels by completing a single dungeon run. ArenaNet had later patched the original exploit but it caused other problems. (This happens.) With the new update, the following changes to the dungeon reward system are introduced:
1) Dungeon tokens are now rewarded at the end of an explorable chain to stop players from repeatedly entering a chain and farming the first boss that dropped tokens rather than playing the entire chain. ArenaNet developers say they will be working on this moving forward.
2) Dungeons reward 20 tokens for completion. And with the update there are additional 40 tokens for the first time they are completed each day. I am sure players will love this one. This means, if they do this three times, they will have 180 tokens to purchase a reward.
3) Dungeon tokens should be account bound and it will allow players to have a single character farm tokens for all the characters they have. Thumbs up ArenaNet.
4) Last week's update to the resolve the issue with dungeon speed-clearing must have backfired doing more harm than good as it affected more players than intended. Yesterday's Guild Wars 2 update changes this system(hopefully for the better) to not impact clearing different chains of the same dungeon. ArenaNet says they will be working on this too.

September 25 update also brings change to the story difficulty for some steps. “A Fragile Peace,” “Breaking the Bone Ship,” “Killing Fields,” “Political Homicide,” “Sabotage,” “Set to Blow,” “Stand By Your Krewe,” “The Ringmaster,” “The Stone Sheath,” “Track the Seraph,” “Unscheduled Delay,” “Unwelcome Visitors,” and “Welcome Home.” have all received a difficulty adjustments but ArenaNet doesn't go into details and players will have to see the changes themselves.
The update also introduce a host of fixes to professions: Elementalist, Engineer, Guardian, Mesmer, Necromancer (which is changed more than the others), and Thief.
