Kingdoms of Amalur sales exceed 300k

Rhode Island based developer 38 Studios' first RPG Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning has sold over 300k copies in the US last month. Action RPG made it to the top 5 best-selling games in the US in its first month. The good news is that 38 Studios is going to make an MMORPG of Kingdoms of Amalur.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, co-published by Electronic Arts and 38 Studios, was the fourth best-selling game in the U.S. in February at retail right behind Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Final Fantasy XIII-2 and UFC Undisputed 3.
Kingdoms of Amalur's sales in February must have made the developer 38 Studios very happy. What's more important to us MMO gamers is that the studio is working on a MMORPG version based on fantasy author R.A. Salvatore's Kingdoms of Amalur universe.
The MMORPG is currently under development as "Project Coppernicus" but the release date still remains unknown. It's still enough to get us excited.
