Star Trek Online 1000-day Veterans To Receive Rewards

Star Trek Online is going to reward its first set of 1000-day veterans tomorrow. As a part of the 1000-day rewards program, these loyal players will be receiving amazing rewards from their elite groups. These rewards range from special class starships to in-game titles, forum titles and free startship slots. Read on to see these special starships designed for loyal fans of the game.

1000-day Veteran Rewards - Star Trek Online

1000 days. A little less than three full years. Star Trek Online's most loyal players will receive amazing rewards tomorow. As a part of Crypric's loyalty program that offers rewards to the loyal fans of the MMO, the first set of the 1000-day veterans will receive their rewards including special starships, that has been secretly designed by the Federation and Klingons, in-game and forum titles, as well as free starship slots.

Let's take a look at both factions and the special 1000-day veteran starships. Starting with Federation; SCE ( Starfleet Corps of Engineers) has worked on a special destroyer class starship, specifically designer for high-level combats. Prototype Heavy Destroyer: Chimera Class has qualities of Light Cruisers and Science Vessels. It has got its DTS (Dynamic Tactical System) console which allows transformation between Tactical and Regenerative modes.

And of course the Klingon's Empire Shipyards has designed a heavy ship too. This heavy ship has increased maneuverability that can beat a cruiser and at the same time is strong enough to stand against an escort. The Peghqu' Heavy Destroyer similar to a Raptor sports Regenerative and  Tactical Mode just like SCE's Chimera.

1000-day veterans will not only receive one of the starships based on their faction but they will also receive in-game titles such as Starfleet Veteran (Fed) and Empire Veteran (KDF) Titles that can be set through the Character Status screen. Another great reward is the free Starship Slot. Finally the Starfleet Veteran and Empire Veteran will become available as forum titles. 

I couldn't think of any better rewards to the loyal fans of the game. It's absolutely pleasing to see such an incredible effort from Cryptic. We can only wish to see such loyalty rewards in other MMOs.
