Star Trek Online 2nd anniversary events continue

Star Trek Online's 2nd anniversary events continue until Monday. If you are a Star Trek Online player, you must take advantage of these events and grab one of the two free spaceships.

Bortas and Odyssey are free during events

Star Trek Online's 2nd anniversary continues until Monday and Starfleet command has the new Odyssey class spaceship ready for players regardless of their level or rank. KDF also has a new spaceship called "Bortas". This one is also available for free during the events. The specifications of these spaceships are not known and you'd need to discover yourself if you participate in these events. (Don't forget to tell us)

If you miss these events, you will need to wait a while before you can see these spaceships again.  You can download Star Trek Online for free here->

These two ships will be free to everyone during the event, regardless of level or rank. The ships require you be level 50 to fly them in combat, so characters of lower level will find an item in their inventory that they cannot use until they reach level 50. After the event, these two ships will no longer be obtainable for a while. We have not finalized details yet on when they will return, but we will announce the details once we have them.
