SWTOR : 200k preorders & new support center

Star Wars The Old Republic will be released on December 20th. The game has costed EA millions of dollars but I don't think they will ever look back and regret investing so much on this title. The game has received over 200 thousand pre-orders last week. Meanwhile, Bioware is launching a new call center in Ireland for SWTOR.

Some games make history before release and Star Wars The Old Republic is a perfect example. The most rumoured and anticipated MMO game of the year will be released on December 20th in North America.

According to Techspot.com the game is EA's most expensive game ever costing the company millions of dollars. However, the orders exceeding 200 thousand last week, the game has already set a record in MMO games industry.

$14.99 per month will be the price of SWTOR and there will be alternative subscription models such as, $41.97 for 3 months ($13.99 per month), or $77.94 for six months ($12.99 per month).

Bioware is also opening a new support center and recruit 200 call center operators in Galway, IRELAND just for Star Wars The Old Republic.
