Trion Worlds announce Red Door

Red Door Platform is both a consumer platform and a "full-scale publishing and development platform" that will allow consumers to find and download new content. According to videogamer, Trion Worlds has this new project being developed behind closed doors.

Videogamer reported interesting news from Trion Worlds. According to the post here Red Door is the name of the new platform from Trion Worlds who are behind the popular MMO title Rift.

"Our goal is to revolutionise premium games and help the industry realise its potential in the connected era," said Trion Worlds CEO Dr. Lars Buttler.

"Our first title Rift is just the tip of the iceberg; with Red Door we intend to catalyze significant change for the industry and unleash new creative possibilities."
