WoW lost 800k subscribers

According to the latest statements from Blizzard, World of Warcraft has lost over 800k subscribers in the last three months. With several free-to-play MMORPGs and some of the top MMORPG's choosing to go f2p, WoW has been losing subscribers but still maintains over 10 million subs.

According to the news on Gamasutra , Blizzard's CEO Mike Morhaime revealed the number of WoW subscribers as 10.3 million(as of September 30). This is 800k less than the 11.1 million subscribers from 3 months ago. 

Mike Morhaime also said that the majority of this loss comes from Eastern countries. He also said that they are aware of the improvements they can make to win back the lost subscribers.
