TERA : New crisis before CBT 2

It's another day for TERA Closed Beta and yet another day to post news on problems with TERA. This time, players who have been pre-ordering the game are furious as TERA's e-commerce system has failed to deliver the CBT keys. En Masse acted fast and has come up with a temporary solution by sending out trial codes manually to players.
How many times have we posted problems with TERA's closed beta. This time the problem is with the delivery of Closed Beta keys to customers who pre-ordered the game, having been promised a privileged entry to the CBT #2.
According to the announcement here company's e-commerce provider's system has failed today and the orders were not finalized. En Masse is going to manually send the cosed to players every two hours. The good thing is that they were aware of this before the CBT has launched earlier. En Masse's temporary solution will give players a Trial Code and they will have to wait until the e-commerce system is back up to fix their account status.
Announcement: We are sorry this problem is affecting you and your gaming friends. We'd like nothing more than to get you right into TERA without this additional hassle. If you've made a purchase and haven't received your game code yet, please be patient.
