Absolute Force Online: MMOFPS Announced

A new MMOFPS always sounds great. We can't have enough of first person shooters. This is a proven formula and I don't think any other genre without any real innovation could have stayed alive for so long as the FPS genre. Today, Netdragon announced its upcoming MMOFPS game that features the battle between the Fallen Angel and Justice Hand groups following the war in 1979 between the Soviets and Afghanistan. Absolute Force Online - A new MMOFPS announced

Year of 1979, Soviet Union and Afghanistan at war. Following the war, a newly born military organization called 'Fallen Angel' has been formed. The rogue group was then assigned to an underground mercenary faction, known as 'Justice Hand'. 'Justice Hand' a mercenary group made up of the elite armed forces was assigned their first mission. The mission was to  take down 'Fallen Angel'

You better take cover! Absolute Force Online is coming later this year with a Closed Beta

In Absolute Force Online, players will be able to join one of these groups and join forces with friends to dominate the world. One of the unique features of the game is the "Exclusive Hero Battlefield Mode" which will make players see death as an ultimate solution.

AFO (Absolute Force Online) is going to enter its Closed Beta later this year, probably in December 2012. The game has been developed using Unreal 3 graphics engine and it is going to feature massive battles with stunning visuals. Its Vehicle Mode system has been designed to enhance the true feeling of the battlefield. And the game is claimed to be highly customizable, giving players a chance to create their own avatars, backgrounds, and their own style.
