APB player's fate is in his friend's hands

This is quite ironic. In APB Reloaded, one of the GM's has investigated a complaint involving account theft. Following his investigation, GM's findings led to an interesting decision. The account of the player who stole his friend's account has been suspended but the final decision will be made by the player himself.

According to the post at Massively, a player named "BlackJackieChan" logged on one day and found out that his account has been wiped out.

And after the player's post on the forums, one of the GM's started to investigate this. His findings suggested that BlackJackieChan's friend beef43302 logged on to his friend's account, swiped his virtual items and then deleted the temporary characters he used for his operation

The GM decided to restore the stolen items and funny enough, he offered BlackJackieChan the decision for his friend's punishment.

This is not something we have seen much in MMOs and to be frank, the whole thing suits the game. APB Reloaded is not really a game that doesn't tell players to stay good. Is it? It's really ironic. BlackJackieChan has not posted his decision yet but we are really looking forward to seeing the end of this. Will he forgive his friend or will he behead his characters?
