Danish game developer Pixel Pandemic announced its new post-apocalyptic MMORPG "Radiated Wasteland". The browser based MMO will feature an ever evolving virtual world populated by an AI controlled enemy, allowing players to co-op against it. Read on for details and first set of visuals

Radiated Wasteland - Post Apocalyptic MMORPG announced

Another post apocalyptic MMORPG under development. This seems to stay popular among MMO developers as Danish developer Pixel Pandemic announced its Facebook-based MMO.

Pixel Pandemic uses its own game engine. Aside from Radiatic Wasteland, they are also developing another game titled "UFO Alien Attack".

Back to Radiatic Wasteland... The game features a similar story we know from pretty much all post-apocalyptic titles. The planet Earth was under attack in the future and following the greatest wars, players.

In a future not far from now, Earth has been set in flames. The once civilized world is now a radiated wasteland. As a player you are one of the few survivors facing the challenges of a post-apocalyptic world, fighting against radiated ghouls, fierce mutants and merciless raiders. To survive, players must establish their own safe houses, team up and scavenge for scarce resources.

What's unique about the game, according to Pixel Pandemic's release, is that it will be the first time on Facebook, an MMORPG will feature co-op missions and a dynamic virtual world.
