DC Universe Online's latest content update: Game Update 21 is now live. The servers were offline since early morning but SOE has confirmed that all game worlds have been rebooted and the game is back live with new gameplay elements such as the new legends PvP and Arena PvP map. We've got new screen-shots for the 3rd DLC pack which will introduce New Earth Powers Set and Numerous New Multi-Player and Open-World Adventures. The Battle for Earth will end one war and start another.
