We have been reading and writing about the Eve Online controversy following CCP's leaked documents and the microtransaction plans that have been revealed by the company. Microtransaction plans have received strong and negative reactions from Eve community and they have even protested this in game. Read on for the story and video.

CCP's plans for monetizing Eve Online with microtransactions besides the subscription fees seem to have failed. The pricing of some new items have also backfired and even the developer posts did not help silence the community.

Eve Online players reacted the most when some of the CCP's documents were disclosed. Documents revealed further plans for microtransactions.
