This isn't official but we should get a confirmation in the upcoming GDC. Nevertheless, according to a post on Examiner Diablo 3 will be released next month on April 17th.

Diablo 3 was expected to be released earlier this year (after delays and delays) but Blizzard had delayed it once again and there was no exact date announced by the developer.

Game Director, James Wilson was asked on Twitter about the supposed release date, and he said "I cannot debunk or confirm,". That could mean anything. Fans will just have to stay tuned for more information.
