Digimon Masters gets its biggest content patch

Joymax announced that the biggest content patch for its Digimon Universe MMORPG "Digimon Masters". The new update increases the level cap to level 85, adds new Digimons, new items and extra maps for players. Continue reading for the details of this new update.

Digimon Masters new update increases level cap and adds content

Digimon Masters is the first ever MMORPG based on Digimon Universe. The game has just been updated with new features and an increased level cap.

Digimon Masters updated today

Before the update, a Digimon could only reach level 75. This changes from today as the level cap has been lifted up to 85. The increased levels will possibly unlock hidden potential in Digimons.

New Digimons

The latest Digimon that comes with this update is the famous Guilmon! Introduced in Series 3, Guilmon is the result of one child's vivid imagination, and from there he has grown into a fan favorite. There are also two other new Digimons : Candlemon and Sakuyamon.

Premium EXP Boost

Players will be able to load up on one of the several new items added to the Digishop with this update, including the Premium EXP Boost (100%), and two additional Premium Packages of 140% and 200% EXP boosts respectively, allowing players to triple their experience gain.

New maps for high level players
 

Four new maps have been introduced for players above level 55 (the maps include stronger monsters of course). There is more in the Digimon Masters update but you'll have to explore yourself.
