GPotato shutting down Prius Online

GPotato has announced the Termination of Prius Online, the fantasy MMORPG. The termination will take place on March 27th, 2012 and GPotato will provide compensation in forms of GPotatos (their in-game currency) in March.

Just a few days after we posted "How secure is your MMO?" and discussed how long would it take an MMO to shut down eventually, Gpotato announced the end of Prius Online.

It's never easy to announce such an end of a game but as discussed in the article, there is always an end to any game and MMOs are no exception to this. 

Unfortunately Prius Online fans will have to switch to another game for good starting from March 27th, 2012 as announced by the publisher.

There is however a sort of a compensation to be offered by GPotato in March.
