LotRO Update 7 launches on Bulroarer test server

Turbine has released the release notes for Update 7 as the new release of Lord of the Rings Online is getting launched on Bullroarer test server. Update 7 includes major content changes such as the Fornost city and Moria revamp. Continue reading for the release notes.

Lord of the Rings Online - Update 7 release notes

LotRO's major content update, Update 7 is going live on the public test server "Bullroarer" as Turbine has posted the release notes for the update on its official message boards.

Update 7 features the Fornost revamp which splits Fornost city  into four separate instances with two levels of difficulty for groups of six players from level 30 to 75. The Moria has also been revisited and developers have revamped the area according to the feedback from players. The biggest change is the leveling in Moria as players complained about it being too tough.

First half of Moria ONLY. The revamp includes the following:

The Great Delving
The Silvertine Lodes
Durin’s Way & Zirakzigil
The Waterworks
Tasks (Now Moria has them!)
Big quest arcs (Namely, the Riddles and Mirrors lines.)
The revamp DOES NOT touch the following:

The Epic
Zelem-melek
The Redhorn Lodes
The Flaming Deeps
Nud-melek
Moria Instances

There is also a new skirmish: Storm on Methedras which is only free to VIPs. With update 7, players now have a larger bag and they can store more items. Chanes to the user interface comes with Update 7 and there are a series of changes to Classes, Monsterplay, Raids, Skirmish and Instances as well as a load of bug fixes and enhancements.
