SWTOR: Free To Play Features & Limitations

Star Wars The Old Republic's Free to Play launch is going to be an incredible f2p transformation in MMO games history. Following the announcement, SWTOR fans have had several questions regarding the features and limitations of the free to play option. Let's take a look at what Bioware has been revealing regarding SWTOR's f2p launch, features and limitations.
SWTOR - Free to Play Features and Limitations
Star Wars The Old Republic is an amazing MMO. The game failed to deliver the expectations of its publisher in its first year and Bioware and Lucas Arts decided to offer a free to play option to attract more players. According to several studies in 2012, free to play model in MMOs works better than subscription model in many cases. Overall, it may become the best option for players, developers and the publisher. I believe, SWTOR definitely needs more active players if it is to keep the quality we have seen so far.

Free to play model still looks tasty despite the limitations
Bioware released a comparison chart last week to explain the features of F2P as well as the limitations. First off, good news... The best news is that the Story Content will be available completely to F2P players. Well, that's all, the rest of the features are all limited to f2p players. This doesn't mean it will ruin your gaming experience, on the contrary, limitations look quite fair and they are limited themselves.
As you can guess, character creation is going to come with limited options. Operations will require a weekly pass. Warzones the same... Three warzones will be available per week but players will be able to unluck more with a weekly pass. Flashpoints, Space Missions, Cargo Hold, Inventory, Crew Skills will all be limited as well. There will be longer cooldown for Quick Travel but players will be able to purchase this feature permanently at once. It will require an authorization.
And Death. Well if you don't have a subscription, you will be able to revive in the field up to 5 times, die more and you will need to review at the nearest med center.
SWTOR Subscribers will have immediate access to the game with priority status in the login queue. SWTOR Free-to-play accounts will not have priority status. I think this is something we should not be counting as a feature. If you want two million players and even more, you shouldn't be asking them to wait in a queue. I really hope this won't cause too many problems and that would be the best if Bioware decided to remove this limitations for free-to-play accounts.
