Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn: Apply for The Beta

Square Enix is now accepting Beta applications from NA for its upcoming Beta Testing of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. The beta tests will be carried out on both PS3 and PC platforms. There will be four phases of Beta Tests and Playstation 3 users will be joining from Phase 3. If you already meet the Legacy Campaign Requirements, you don't need to apply. A Realm Reborn Beta Applications Are Live

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is entering a number of Beta Testing phases. While players who already meet the Legacy Campaign Requirements are automatically accepted, those who just have an account can sign up now. Square Enix had announced the European Beta sign-ups a few weeks ago and today's announcement involves players from North America.

The four phase beta testing will see PS3 fans from phase 3 only while PC users can start from Phase 1. The characters will be wiped at the end of each phase but after Phase 4, all characters will carry on to launch.
