World of Tanks sets new record
Wargaming has just announced a new record for its combat MMO game World of Tanks. World of Tanks since its release two years ago, has been extremely popular in many countries. Russian developer's new record is 190,541 players on one server on January 21, 2013. World of Tanks also holds the concurrency record of 815,000 players on Russian servers. World of Tanks: New Record Set
World of Tanks is not just popular, it's created a massive user-base in two years and it's been proven with numbers. Today, the developer and publisher, Wargaming has revealed yet another Guinness World Record owned by its combat MMO. Wargaming claims that World of Tanks now holds the concurrency record for a single server.
According to the release, this happened on January 21, 2013. With 190,541 players logging on to one Russian server, World of Tanks set the new world record. Wargaming believes they are going to beat this new record too. We don't know how long World of Tanks will stay popular but it's admirable how the developers are keeping them game fresh with regular content updates.
