World of Warcraft's pre-MoP Patch 5.04 released

World of Warcraft's Mists of Pandaria is almost a month away but today, Blizzard released the last update before MoP, patch 5.0.4. About two hours ago, they have completed the maintenance and patch 5.0.4 has gone live. This latest content update features Cross-Realm Zones, a new talen system that applies to all classes, updated glyph system, updated items, UI changes, removal of daily quest cap and more. World of Warcraft - Patch 5.0.4 is now live

World of Warcraft's Patch 5.0.4 final update before Mists of Pandaria expansion which is one of the most anticipated expansions of the year, that is due for release on September 25, is now live. Blizzard posted on Twitter about the completion of a two hour maintenance and confirmed the release of the patch. 

Some of the main features of patch 5.0.4:

- Account-wide achievements, pets and mounts 

- Attack on Theramore Isle (this will go live as we get closed to the release of Mists of Pandaria)

- Area of Effect looting that allows you to see all the items available for loot.

- BattleTag support.

- Cross-realm zones allowing players to form a group with other players from a select pool of realms.

- The new talent system that applies to all classes.

- New currency system: Justice and Honor points.

- Item changes and updates.

- Updated glyph system.

- User interface changes including new user interface for mounts and pets, new help system and more...
