En Mass has released the fourth race video for TERA, introducing the High Elf Race. High Elves are different from Elves especially with their place of living. Their magic skills are better than any other type of elves. In the video, you can see their magic skills too.

High elves are kind of arrogant as they see themselves superior than the other races, especially the other elves.
