Star Trek Online 2nd anniversary events

Star Trek Online has recently transformed into the free-to-play model. The better news is the 2nd anniversary of the game is coming in February. To celebrate the 2nd year anniversary, there will be special events from February 2nd to February 6th. Two special starships will be available as prizes.

The latest post on Star Trek Online's Dev Diary has revealed the details of the 2nd anniversary celebration events. 

Players will be looking for Q to begin with. Each day, when they login, players shall look for Q on Earth Spacedock or Qo’noS and if they complete the unusual tasks given by Q, there will be prizes to collect.

Engineer Kani will also have a special mission for players. Those who complete the mission will win an Odyssey class ship.

Players above level 21 will have a chance to win a Bortas class ship should they complete the mission given by engineer Tum'era.

Surprise is that players below level 50 won't be able to fly these special ships until they reach that level. Devs keep the starship specifications a secret as well.

So there will be a series of fantastic events with two special starships available as prizes. You shouldn't miss these events but don't worry we will remind you when the time has come.
