The Old Republic release date on Bestbuy

Last week, we posted here about the possible delay to Star Wars The Old Republic's release date. Rumours and some official announcements hinted that the highly anticipated MMO could be released as late as 2012. Good news is that on Bestbuy's website the release date has been set to December 31st.

Star Wars The Old Republic : Play at Comic Con

Star Wars The Old Republic will be played for the first time by select players at Comic-Con in San Diego next week. There is an announcement over at the official message board. Chosen players will be given a chance to play through the first hour of either the Esseles or Black Talon Flashpoints.
